I do. I have both the Oahu show and the Hilo show. The Oahu show is a better quality recording. Both are auds. I was at the Hilo show. If I'm not mistaken it was a benefit show to help save the coral reefs over here. It was a very good show but the recording is only so-so. You remember that place. The acoustics were awful.
I remember that poster! Did it mention a benefit show? I remember walking by a pole in Hilo and seeing that poster and regretting not pulling it off and taking it home. I was afraid people might not find out about the show if I took it!

I think the Hilo recording is sort of rare. It's not a great recording though. I don't know if any of the torrent sites have it. Let me know if you need a copy. I just checked bt.etree.org and they have the Oahu show,. 5/12/90 and it looks like there are 2 seeders.
A very nice recording too!

Jerry used to come here to dive, not to play shows.
A place to escape to after a tour. I seem to remember him doing those shows just to be a good neighbor. He even went in front of the county council during a vote on some environmental bill and spoke out publicly about keeping the coral reefs over here safe from being damaged.

The poster from the show just mentions the fact that the Hilo show was on Earth Day. I'm not sure how many of these posters survive. I was on-air talent at KOAS, the local AOR radio station. I also owned a music store called Gold Coast Records in Kainaliu. Because of my career I knew the guy who promoted the show and he gave my wife and I front row tickets for the Honolulu show, so we flew there to experience it. That was the only time I ever saw Jerry perform in shorts. The Hilo show was about a 2 hour drive from Kona, on the other side of theisland, so we rented a school bus to take folks to the show. About 25 people joined us and we had a terrific road trip to see Jerry.

Thanks for all the responses. I sure would like to get my hands on these shows. My email is: fjrayburn@yahoo.com

I remember KOAS Radio. That was a really fine station. and the only station on the Big Island that was worth listening to. The Hilo show was the only time I got to see Jerry since moving to Hawaii in '79. Bobby and Wasserman also played a show in Kona around that time too. Does anyone have a copy of that show? Like Jerry, he likes to vacation here sometimes. I think the whole band got certified for scuba diving at Jack's in Kona.

I will email you about sending copies of those shows.
